Become a Volunteer

It takes a village to co-create something magical.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of the weekend, helping the space flow with ease while receiving the gift of immersion themselves.

If you feel called to support, serve, and be part of the behind-the-scenes magic, we would love to welcome you into our volunteer family.

Volunteer Expectations

To keep the experience aligned and supportive, we ask volunteers to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts

  • Stay substance-free

  • Lead with kindness, inclusivity, and respect

  • Communicate clearly with the Volunteer Coordinator

  • Care for the land, guests, and fellow volunteers

Volunteer Exchange

In exchange for 4 hours of volunteering throughout the festival weekend, you will receive:

  • A Full Weekend Festival Pass

  • Camping Immersion Ticket (stay on the land with us)

  • Deeper connection with facilitators, artists, and community

  • A behind-the-scenes experience of festival creation

  • Our immense gratitude + volunteer appreciation perks

Volunteer shifts are scheduled so you still have plenty of time to attend workshops, music, ceremonies, and experiences.
