Artist’s Statement:

“I am profoundly inspired by nature and the pure imagination of the child mind. I attempt to capture this in my work. By observing nature, I see longing for balance in all things and my work follows this narrative. I view each piece as a conversation, where we often speak on healing & the sacred connections between everything. There is an emphasis on relationship & organic forms in my work. Every creation surprises and delights me. I hope it will do the same for you.”

Soon to be announced is her workshop she intentionally created for the LBRWF which will provide ways simple art can benefit your and your family’s wellbeing.

“I am passionate about helping individuals who have been limited by chronic pain and the conditioning associated with the aging paradigm. I once believed that my own activity and spirit were destined to diminish, and this personal experience of growth and recovery drives my work.

As a Certified Corrective Exercise and Human Biomechanics Specialist, I help my clients reclaim their bodies, mind, and spirit. Pushing the world to be preemptive to the degradation of life instead of reactive to the dis-ease of convenience. Through corrective exercise and nutrition, we guide the body back to health, and with cognitive behavior coaching, we help the mind return to the rational present. Treating the whole person. This holistic approach has led me to explore our deeper connection to what we define as "self."

While I maintain an objective approach in my practice, I firmly believe we are much more than our physical bodies. I serve as a guide, sharing what I've learned, while continuously embracing the roles of both student and teacher.

I look forward to serving you.”
