Ali Szymanski
Ali is an Indiana native, growing up in southern Indiana she has slowly migrated her way up Anderson, Indiana to purchase property to build and run a small permaculture farm with retreat space. Ali first found her way to her yoga mat in 2007, enjoying the fun yet challenging postures and sequencing in classes. It was not until her battle with breast cancer that she began to understand the deep healing properties that yoga can offer. After she regained control of her health, she felt passionately about helping others in a variety of modalities; specifically yoga, and nature therapy. Ali completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2016 in Costa Rica. Since then, she has continued her education to include Yin Yoga and Yoga for Cancer and Terminal Illness. In 2020, Ali tapped into a new modality, sound therapy. Through Ali’s journey she has learned to use yoga, breath, sound, and mindfulness as tools to help process, cope, and heal through the challenges in her life. Ali has been offering a variety of yoga and meditation practices for others since 2018. She enjoys sharing a practice consisting of deep breathing exercises (pranayama), various types of meditation, yin/restorative yoga, and the deep healing that comes from the crystal singing bowls.

Gwen Keller-Lusk
Gwen Keller-Lusk is a board-certified health and wellness coach whose journey into wellness began later in life, sparked by a deep realization that true wellbeing requires tending not only to the body, but also to the mind, heart, and spirit.
“my wellness journey began at 45, when I woke up one day and realized if I was lucky, I was middle aged, but I could not live another 45 years in the body I was in at that time. That led to a lot of work - physical, mental, emotional - and finding the right people to support me. After making huge changes, I realized I wanted to empower people to better their own wellbeing, and studied health and wellness coaching at Mindbodygreen. After completing that program, I continued to work to meet the requirements of the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching and became a board-certified health and wellness coach in December of 2025.
Besides coaching, I enjoy time with my family, creative pursuits, and a wonderful group of friends. Those friends serve as the inspiration of my class offering, Cultivating Connection for Wellbeing. Connection to others is essential for our health and happiness, but in our distracted day and age, it’s easy to lose the threads that connect us. In this class, we’ll explore nurturing relationships using gardening as a metaphor to tend to those who sustain us.”
