By purchasing a ticket to Little Blue River Wellness Festival & Two-Day Camping I agree and acknowledge that:

I am fully aware that participation in this activity may involve risks and accept all the risks of participation. 

I will progress at my own pace, understand my physical limitations and am sufficiently self-aware to stop physical activity before I become ill or injured. 

I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation in any and all classes and this festival. 

This event is not intended to serve as or replace any detox program.

I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Little Blue River Yoga, Shyla Sharp, and Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of my participation. 

I shall not now, or at any time in the future, bring any legal action against Little Blue River Yoga, Shyla Sharp, Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, and/or any other person who may vend, teach, or present at the Little Blue River Wellness Festival. This waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors and my assignees. 

I agree and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations on the Terms & Conditions page of this website. 

I grant Little Blue River Yoga permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any publications or publicity materials (including but not limited to books, newsletters, videos and Web use), in perpetuity. 

 Upon entering the property, I will sign a waiver confirming all the above and below to be true, acknowledged, and understood. 

Rules & Regulations

Wellness Festival 

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms to ensure a safe, respectful, and uplifting experience for all.

🎟️ Tickets & Admission 

  • Tickets are non-refundable. 

  • Tickets are transferable upon communication between host and ticket holder.

  • ID is required upon entry to validate ticket purchase. 

 

🧘 Participation & Responsibility 

  • All activities (workshops, classes, yoga, movement, breathwork, etc.) are voluntary. 

  • By participating, you affirm that you are physically and mentally fit to engage in such activities. 

  • Please consult your doctor prior to attending if you have medical concerns. 

 

🌱 Code of Conduct 

  • This is a respect-based space. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 

  • Treat facilitators, fellow participants, and the land with kindness and care. 

  • Anyone violating community standards may be removed from the event without refund. 

 

🍃 Drugs, Alcohol & Substances 

  • This is a substance-free event. 

  • This event is not intended to serve as or replace any detox program.

  • No illegal substances or recreational drug use is permitted. 

  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted. 

 

🌿 Environment & Cleanliness 

  • Leave no trace. Please dispose of all waste properly and respect the natural environment. 

  • Campfires must follow local safety rules and only be built in designated areas. 

📸 Media & Photography 

  • By attending, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. 

  • If you do not wish to appear in any content, notify a staff member at check-in. 

 

⚠️ Liability Waiver 

  • Participation is at your own risk. 

  • Little Blue River Wellness Festival, Little Blue River Yoga, Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, Shyla Sharp, its organizers, vendors, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, theft, or property damage during the event. 

  • You agree to release and hold harmless the organizers from any claims resulting from participation. 

 

🌦️ Weather & Cancellation 

  • The event is held rain or shine. 

  • In case of weather-related safety issues or emergencies, the schedule may be adjusted. 

Camping

By entering and/or staying at Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests. 

📅 Check-In / Check-Out 

  • Check-in: September 26th, 11am | Check-out: September 28th, 11am 

  • Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees. 

🤫 Quiet Hours 

  • Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. 

  • Please be respectful of other campers and keep noise to a minimum during this time. 

🔥 Campfires

  • Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. 

  • Never leave fires unattended. Fully extinguish before leaving or sleeping. 

  • Obey all local fire bans or restrictions. 

🐾 Pets 

  • Pets are not permitted this year of 2025. 

🚮 Trash

  • Pack it in, pack it out. Leave no trace. 

  • Use designated trash and recycling bins.

🍻 Alcohol & Substances 

  • Alcohol is not permitted. 

  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. 

  • This event is not intended to serve as or replace any detox program.

🔒 Safety & Behavior 

  • Campers are responsible for their own safety. 

  • Tents and canopies must be safely anchored into the ground. 

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the property without refund. 

  • Firearms and fireworks are not permitted. 

👨‍👩‍👧 Children 

  • There will be no persons under the age of 18 permitted, this year of 2025. 

🔒 Liability 

  • Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park, Shyla Sharp, and Little Blue River Yoga are not responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property. 

  • By staying at the campground, you agree to waive liability and accept all risks associated with camping. 

💸 Cancellations & Refunds 

  • No refunds permitted. 

🎣 Fishing 

  • Allowed in designated areas only. 

  • A valid fishing license is required, where applicable. 

  • Only included per camping ticket. Not included with Festival General Admission Ticket. 

🚤 Boating 

  • No gas or motor boats are allowed. 

  • No glass containers allowed near the lake area. 

  • Only included per camping ticket. Not included with Festival General Admission Ticket. 

  • All boaters must wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets at all times while on the water. 

  • Boats must be launched and docked only at designated areas. 

  • No boating after dark. 

🌊 Lake Use 

  • No swimming allowed this year of 2025. 

  • No glass containers allowed near the lake area. 

  • Only permitting fishing and kayak/paddleboat launch. 

Boat Launch & Use on Private Property 

Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp 
By launching or using a boat on this private property, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

⚠️ Assumption of Risk & Liability 

  • You acknowledge that boating carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, collision, or property damage. 

  • You agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and the actions of anyone in your party while on or near the water. 

  • Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of boats, docks, or water access areas. 

 

⛵ Boat Eligibility 

  • Only paddleboats and kayaks are permitted. 

  • All boats must be in safe, operable condition and comply with applicable local boating regulations. 

  • Personal watercraft (e.g., jet skis) are not allowed. 

 

🦺 Safety Requirements 

  • Life jackets must be worn at all times by all persons on the boat. 

  • Boating is allowed only during daylight hours. 

  • No boating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 

  • No glass containers allowed near the lake area. 

📍 Use of Dock & Launch Area 

  • Use designated launch/dock areas only. 

  • Do not obstruct others’ access to the dock or shoreline. 

 

🐟 Fishing & Wildlife 

  • Fishing must comply with local licensing and regulation laws. 

  • Do not disturb wildlife or damage natural surroundings. 

 

🔒 Property Access & Conduct 

  • Respect all posted signs and property boundaries. 

  • Disorderly or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the property. 

  • Property owner reserves the right to revoke boat access at any time. 

 

✍️ Agreement 

By launching a boat or accessing the waterfront, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You waive any claims against the property owner for incidents arising from your use of the water or related facilities.

Vendor Terms and Conditions 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the payment and use of vending space at Little Blue River Wellness Festival ("Organizer"). By submitting payment for a vending fee, you ("Vendor") agree to abide by the following terms: 

1. Vending Fee Payment 

  • All vendors must pay the designated vending fee prior to the event or by the specified deadline. 

  • Failure to pay the fee by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your vending space. 

  • Cancellation 60 or more days prior to the event will result in a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to event are nonrefundable. 

2. Space Allocation 

  • Space will be assigned by the Organizer on a first-come, first-served basis or as otherwise deemed appropriate. 

  • All Vendors have a space of 8x8 unless otherwise written approval by Little Blue River Yoga 

  • Vendors are only permitted to operate within their assigned space and may not sublet or share the space without prior written approval. 

3. Permits and Licenses 

  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required to legally operate. 

  • Proof of such documentation may be requested by the Organizer prior to or during the event. 

4. Setup and Breakdown 

  • Setup must be completed within the time frame specified by the Organizer. 

  • Breakdown and cleanup must be completed by the time specified. 

5. Conduct and Compliance 

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards. 

  • Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. 

  • No illegal or counterfeit goods are permitted. 

6. Liability 

  • The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. 

  • Vendors are liable for any damage caused to the venue or other vendor property. 

  • Vendor will be responsible for all damages, injuries, claims, charges and costs, whether tangible or intangible, to persons or property that in any way arise out of relate to the performance of the Services whether performed by Vendor or any other persons/entities under the Vendor’s control or direction.  

  • Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp has no liability for damage or theft of Vendor’s materials or equipment. 

7. Cancellation Policy 

  • Cancellation 60 or more days prior to the event will result in a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than 60 days prior to event are nonrefundable. 

8. Insurance 

  • Vendors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance. The Organizer may request to be listed as an additional insured. 

9. Amendments 

  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and will notify vendors of any changes. 

10. Hours 

  • Vending Booth must be staffed during vending hours.  

11. Indemnification  

  • Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp, its parents, subsidiaries, partners, sponsors, agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, theft, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or relating to the Festival. Vendor agrees that this release shall be a full and final compromise and release of any claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, known or unknown. Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond the festival’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors 

12. Photo Release 

  • Vendor shall permit photographs and video recording of their booths, employees and agents. All photographs and video footage shall be the sole property of Little Blue River Yoga and may be exploited by the festival in any manner or media without obligation to Vendor. 

13. Item Sales 

  • Little Blue River Yoga reserves the right to deny sale of items that have not been listed on the application. 

14. Processing Credit Cards 

  • There will be no Wi-Fi on site and Vendor is responsible for planning accordingly. 

15. Security  

  • Vendor is solely responsible for securing exhibits and merchandise at night. 

16. Taxes and Permits 

  • Vendor will be solely responsible for any and all sales, use, or other taxes, fees, permits, and surcharges imposed by any federal, state, county, or municipality in connection with the fulfillment of the Vendor’s obligations under this Agreement and any other agreements. 

17. Vendor Tent Requirements 

  • All tents/canopy must fit in 8x8 space and vendors must provide tent. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor. Stakes are acceptable for securing the tent. Weights are preferred. 

18. Weather 

  • No refunds will be made due to weather conditions. Weather can change quickly and this is an outdoor, rain or shine event. Vendors should prepare to be located outdoors and plan accordingly. 

Facilitator Terms and Conditions 

Cancellation 

  • In the event Facilitator needs to cancel participation in the festival, an email will be sent to Shyla Sharp, at littleblueriverwellnessfest@gmail.com immediately upon learning of the schedule conflict.  

  • If the cancellation occurs on or after September 19, 2025, Facilitator agrees to send an email as well as a text message to 765-561-5575.  

Class or Workshop Location 

  • Facilitators will receive a location assignment upon completion of the LBRWF schedule.  

Confirmation 

  • Facilitators are not confirmed until a Certificate of Insurance has been received. The Certificate of Insurance is due within 30 days of the invitation to facilitate, or your presentation space will be released.  

Compensation 

  • Facilitators will receive compensation via free festival and camping ticket. A small stipend may be possible after expenses of the event are finalized. 

  • Facilitator is solely responsible for all expenses related to travel and meals. 

  • Compensation will not be granted in the case of session cancellation by the Facilitator or as outlined in the section titled “Termination” listed below.  

Damages, Injuries and Claims  

  • Facilitator will be responsible for any and all damages, injuries, claims, charges and costs, whether tangible or intangible, to persons or property that in any way arise out of relate to the performance of the Services whether performed by Presenter or any other persons/entities under the Presenter’s control or direction.  

  • Little Blue River Wellness Festival has no liability for damage or theft of Facilitators materials or equipment.  

Indemnification  

  • Facilitator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp, its parents, subsidiaries, partners, sponsors, agents, employees and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action suits, damages, theft, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or relating to the Festival.  

  • Facilitator agrees that this release shall be a full and final compromise and release of any claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, known or unknown.  

  • Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond the Festival’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, weather, acts of God, fire, flood, terrorism, strikes, failure of suppliers or subcontractors to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement.  

Liability Insurance  

  • Facilitator shall maintain a valid liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Little Blue River Lake and Trailer Park and Shyla Sharp as an additional insured. Failure to provide proof of coverage within 30 days of application approval will result in the release of your presentation space. 

 Photo Release  

  • Facilitator shall permit photographs and video recording of their classes, workshops, employees and agents unless otherwise noted in the Facilitator Application. Shyla Sharp shall retain copyright over all photographs and video footage and may use said photos and video footage in any manner or media without obligation to Facilitator. 

  • Facilitator shall have permission to use photographs and video footage for advertising and promotional purposes in print or online.  

Termination  

  • Before the Event, any agreement, including this agreement (aka Facilitator Terms & Conditions), between Shyla Sharp and Facilitator will be subject to cancellation by Shyla Sharp with or without cause upon 3 days prior written notice to Facilitator at no cost to Shyla Sharp.  

Weather 

  • Weather can change quickly and this is an outdoor, rain or shine event. Facilitators should prepare to be located outdoors and plan accordingly.  

  • Facilitator also understands that classes are subject to cancellation in the instance of severe weather
