A soulful welcome to a weekend of wellbeing, connection & renewal
Join us in connection as we open the festival with intention, gratitude, and presence. The Opening Ceremony is a grounding, 30-minute moment for all — a chance to pause, breathe, and honor the space we’re co-creating.
Coming Home to Community: Reawakening Connection After Generational Wounding with Kathy Harlow
Let's dig into how modern society quietly programmed us to prioritize independence over interdependence and how emotional trauma in our families made it feel safer to go it alone. We’ll explore how the loss of true community isn’t your fault (but it is your invitation to heal) and how we can start reconnecting, first with ourselves, then with each other.
Rooted in Pride: LGBTQ+ Support & Connection Circle with CERT
This welcoming, hour-long support group is designed for both LGBTQ+ individuals and their family and friends. Together, we explore topics like building meaningful connections, deepening understanding, celebrating identity, navigating challenges, and supporting loved ones within the LGBTQ+ community. We focus on thriving as LGBTQ+ individuals in rural communities, while also addressing mental health and overall wellness.
The group provides a safe, supportive space for open conversations, learning, and connection—helping both LGBTQ+ members and their loved ones feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Paddleboarding 101 — Friday Camping Add-On with Erica Weddle
Learn the basics. Feel the water. Find your balance.
Join us Friday for a beginner-friendly Paddleboarding 101 session before the festival officially begins. This small-group experience is perfect for those new to paddleboarding or anyone wanting a refresher before heading out on their own.
You’ll learn:
How to safely get on and off your board
Basic paddling techniques and balance tips
How to navigate and steer with ease
Safety essentials for being on the water

Yoga Nidra: The Art of Deep Rest with Brandi Thieme
A practice of stillness, surrender, and soul healing
Friday, Sept. 26th: exclusive class for the campers- Time TBA
Yoga Nidra — also known as yogic sleep — is a guided meditation practice of deep rest and conscious relaxation. This is a non-doing practice, one that invites you to gently withdraw from effort and allow your body, mind, and spirit to soften into stillness.
Through soothing verbal guidance, you’ll be led into a liminal state between waking and sleep — where the nervous system settles, the mind quiets, and the body begins to heal.
In this class, you are invited to:
Surrender into supported stillness
Let go of doing and drop into being
Rest the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul
Experience a state of awareness where deep healing can occur
All are welcome. No yoga experience is needed — just come as you are, in comfortable clothing, ready to lie down and be held by the practice.
Please bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
Allow yourself to rest — deeply, consciously, and completely.
