Wellness Festival Scholarship Application

Because wellness should be accessible to all.

At Little Blue River Wellness Festival, we believe in creating a space where everyone feels welcome, regardless of financial circumstances. Our scholarship program is designed to support individuals who feel called to attend but may need assistance with ticket costs.

If your heart says “yes” but your circumstances say “maybe not,” we invite you to apply. We see you. You belong here.

Common Q+A’s

  • For a limited time, Two-Day Camping Ticket includes two adults

  • This year’s festival will be adults only. We are working on making the festival family friendly with the fullest experiences for 2026.

  • Campers need to bring any camping essentials, flashlight or headlamp, medications, drinking water (recommend prefilled gallon water jugs and refillable canister), cooler and food, life jacket if bringing kayak, cash and card, ID, blankets and pillows, natural bug spray, sunscreen, camping chairs, one canopy allowed per camping ticket. All tents and canopies must be securely anchored into ground. Hammocks are allowed in designated areas- no nails in trees.

  • Cash and card, ID, sunscreen, yoga mat or blanket, journal optional, flashlight or headlamp, natural bug repellent, camping chair, water (recommended pre-filled gallon jugs and refillable water canister)

  • Parking is free and on-site

  • There will be restrooms on-site. There will be no showers.

  • Electric is limited to food trucks and musicians. Enjoy a Wi-Fi Free weekend for true inner connection.

  • Ticket holders will be given bracelets and car markings so that you may come and go from the event.

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds. You may transfer or re-sell tickets.

  • Primitive tent camping only, you may bring one canopy per camping tent. Fires are only in designated areas.

  • No pets are allowed this year of 2025.
